While experiencing the loss of a loved one will always be with you, with normal grief we can expect the intensity of emotions and difficulties to slowly ease over time. Prolonged grief is often as intense and debilitating one year later as it was at the very beginning. Wherever you are on your grief journey, you deserve support.

Most people starting grief therapy are longing for a space to talk about their loss, so we typically start there and then I eventually ask you questions about all areas of your life to get a better big picture understanding of who you are and the impact your loss is having on your life.

Sessions are $260 for 50 minutes. Most extended health and employee assistance plans cover a portion, and I provide a receipt after each session for reimbursement.
