The Process

    Request a free consultation

    Reach out through the contact form for a free, 15-minute consultation. We'll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and you can ask questions before deciding whether this is the right fit for you.

    Book your first appointment

    Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you and for you to get a sense of what working with me will be like. During this time, we’ll decide what goals to work on and how to get there.

    Attend sessions online

    All appointments happen through an encrypted platform built for healthcare providers. I have specific training for working online, and I see clients anywhere in Alberta and the Northwest Territories. You'll need a private space and a stable connection.

  • 04

    Build a plan based on you and your goals

    By the end of the first session, we’ll discuss your goals and collaborate on a plan moving forward. How often we meet is something we decide together, but typically can be anywhere from weekly to once a month.

  • 05

    Adjust as we go

    Change doesn’t always follow a straight trajectory. Using Feedback Informed Treatment, we track what's working and adjust the plan as needed.

$260 / 50-Minute Session

Psychological services are GST exempt and tax deductible as a medical expense in Canada.

Most extended health benefit and employee assistance plans cover a portion of sessions with a Registered Psychologist. I provide an official receipt after each session for you to submit yourself — direct billing isn't available at this time.

Indigenous clients registered with the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program can access care through this program — reach out directly for details.
